Recovery+ is a nutritional supplement specifically developed for patients preparing for surgery and recovering afterward. It's easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and designed to fit into your routine, even on the harder days.

Each Portion (35 grams) contains 25 grams of protein and 1,8 grams of creatine monohydrate

What it supports: Recovery+ contains protein, vitamin D and calcium. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass, and vitamin D and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Calcium also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and vitamin D and calcium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

How to use it: Mix 1 dose with 250 ml of liquid (water, milk, or a beverage of your choice) using a shaker. Drink immediately. Take 2 doses per day: 10 days before surgery and 10 days after.
